People may already be hearing about your business through social media, networking, referrals, or local events. Tech Relief gives them a clear place to land and a working next step to take.
Depending on what your business needs now, that may mean building one focused customer path, creating a professional website or blog site, or connecting both into a more complete online setup.
I help you plan the setup, then I build the pieces, connect them, and test the experience from beginning to end.
You receive a system that is ready to use, along with practical guidance for managing it after handoff.
You rely mainly on social media, networking, and referrals, and you want a better way to stay connected with the people who show interest.
You’re ready for a professional website or blog site that clearly explains what you do and guides visitors toward the right next step.
You already have a website, but it doesn’t give people a clear way to join your list, book a service, or purchase an offer.
You need one focused customer path, such as lead capture, booking, or offer and payment, built and connected for you.
You need follow-up emails and simple automations that respond to new leads, bookings, or purchases and guide people toward what comes next.
I'm Janet Farmer. I'm not a big design agency, and here's why that's good news for you. I'm a business owner who spent more than 30 years on your side of the table, running a doula practice, a baby boutique, and more, while the online side of things sat on my list making me feel one step behind.
So I learned it: how a website, an email list, a booking calendar, and follow-up actually connect so a busy small business owner doesn't have to hold it all in her head. That's what I build now.
You bring the business. I'll handle the tech, and I'll make it pretty too.

One focused customer path, built and connected for you. This option is for the business owner who does not need a new website or blog site but does need a clear, working next step for the people already finding her business.
Choose one path:
Lead Capture Path: Give interested people a reason to join your email list and stay connected to you via an automated sequence of emails.
Booking Path: Help potential clients choose a service, schedule an appointment, and receive the right confirmation and follow-up.
Offer and Payment Path: Give people a clear way to learn about and purchase one defined service, workshop, digital resource, mini-course, membership enrollment, or similar digital or service-based offer.

Your setup may include the pages, forms, tags, emails, automations, booking or payment connections, and testing needed for the selected path. The exact pieces depend on the path and your business. Note: A full website or blog site is not included in this package.
Investment: $1,500*
A professional website or blog-centered site plus one complete customer path, planned and built together. This is for the business owner who needs both pieces: an online home where people can understand the business, and a clear next step they can take from there.
Your site and system are built as one connected visitor flow, so someone can learn what you do, decide what fits, and move directly into the action that matters most: joining your email list, booking a service, or purchasing one defined offer.
One standard business website or one blog-centered site
One Lead Capture, Booking, or Offer and Payment Path
One additional automation, email campaign, or past-client reactivation flow
Deeper contact organization and tagging
Basic page SEO setup for each included website or blog page
Mobile and desktop formatting
End-to-end testing
Two revision rounds
Live handoff and training
30 days of post-launch support
The pieces are planned together, connected, formatted for mobile and desktop, and tested from the visitor's first click through confirmation and follow-up.
Investment: $3,500*
*Pricing shown for both packages reflects a standard build. Your final price is confirmed in a written proposal based on your project’s exact scope, before any work begins.
A standard website and a blog-centered site are two different builds. If you need a website with blog functionality added, or another combination, your proposal will reflect that; combined builds are quoted individually.
Every Tech Relief project follows the same four steps, scoped around the option you choose.
We start by planning the purpose of the build and the flow a visitor moves through, so every piece has a job before I make it.
I build and connect the pieces, including your site or pages, forms, email, tags, booking or payment, and automations, inside accounts your business owns.
I test the completed setup end to end, from the first click through confirmation and follow-up, then we go through your revision round.
I hand it off with a live training session of up to 60 minutes plus short reference videos, and I stay available for post-launch support.
The exact pages, integrations, email count, automations, and other deliverables will be listed in your proposal before work begins.
A note about platforms and accounts
Tech Relief projects are built inside accounts owned by your business. Depending on your project, you may need a platform subscription, domain, professional sender email, booking tool, payment processor, or another connected service.
Any required subscriptions, transaction fees, domain purchases, or third-party costs are paid directly by you and are not included in the project price unless your proposal says otherwise.
What is not currently included
Tech Relief is designed for service-based businesses and clearly defined digital or service-based offers. I am not currently offering physical-product ecommerce, online store builds, product catalogs, inventory setup, shipping setup, or Shopify builds.
Larger course builds, extensive content uploading, complex gated-content systems, and full membership platforms as they require additional scope and a custom quote.
Ongoing management of a Facebook group or other community, including member approvals, moderation, and regular content posting, remains with the client.
Not sure which option fits?
You do not need to figure out every technical detail before reaching out. Start with what you want people to be able to do when they find your business, and what is already in place. From there, we can determine whether you need the Focused Setup or the Complete Setup.
