Are your online pieces scattered - or do you feel set up and ready?

perplexed mature woman with a furrowed brow looking at her open laptop

Can you relate to this?

  • You're bouncing between five different tools and tabs, and you're still not sure any of it's actually connected the right way.

  • You've started a website, maybe an email list, maybe a freebie - but none of the pieces talk to each other, and you're not sure what to build next.

  • You know you should be capturing leads and following up with them, but right now it's just scattered pieces or a pile of sticky notes, not a system.

  • You've bought courses or templates before that are still sitting there unused, because you didn't know where to start with them.

  • You're spending time and money on tools but honestly can't tell if what you already have is set up right.

Imagine finally knowing exactly what to build next - and in what order instead of guessing, starting over, or letting another thing sit unfinished.

If you're ready to stop guessing and start building, keep reading.

If you want a website that actually works for you... the ability to capture leads without overthinking every button and box... or simply a clear next step instead of ten tabs open and no idea where to start - this is worth five minutes of your time.

Here's Why...

In the world of online business setup, knowing what to build first - and in what order is often the difference between months of expensive trial and error and a foundation that just works from day one.

What's Inside

The From Scattered to Set Up Video Toolkit is five short videos plus resources that show you exactly where you stand on the 5 essential pieces every small business needs online; your website, lead capture, follow-up, a way to sell or book, and the contact system tying it together.

  • 5 short videos: one for each piece of your online setup, walking you through exactly what it needs and how to fix it, in plain language with no jargon.

  • 5-part Scorecard: self-assessment across all 5 pieces (website, lead capture, follow-up, offer/booking path, contact system). Shows exactly where someone stands, at a glance.

  • Next-Step Path Decision Tree: visual tool helping someone choose their next move: lead capture, paid offer, or booking path.

  • Templates: ready-to-use resources for each piece so you're filling in a starting point instead of staring at a blank page.

Whether you haven't started yet or you've got bits and pieces scattered across three different tools, this toolkit meets you exactly where you are and hands you one clear next step instead of another thing to figure out alone. Each video is designed to help you understand one piece of your online setup, see why it matters, and take one small step toward getting it in place.

Video Toolkit 1: What Your Online Setup Actually Needs

If the online side of your business feels scattered, this lesson helps you stop seeing it as a random tech checklist and start seeing it as a simple client journey. You’ll walk through the five core pieces: your website, lead capture, follow-up, booking or offer path, and contact system so you can finally see what connects, what’s missing, and where to focus first.

Video Toolkit 2: What Should Your Website Do?

If your website feels cluttered, outdated, or unclear, this lesson helps you simplify its purpose. You’ll learn how to give your website one clear job - whether that’s booking a call, selling an offer, or growing your list, so visitors aren’t overwhelmed by too many options and know exactly what step to take next.

Video Toolkit 3: What Lead Magnet Makes Sense?

If you’ve been overthinking what kind of free resource to create, this lesson helps you choose something simple, useful, and connected to what you actually offer. You’ll learn how to create a lead magnet that attracts the right people, gives them a quick win, and starts the relationship in a way that feels natural instead of forced.

Video Toolkit 4: The First 3 Emails to Send

If people join your list and then never hear from you again, this lesson gives you a simple place to start. You’ll learn the first three emails to send after someone signs up: one to deliver what they asked for, one to build trust, and one to gently invite them to take the next step so your follow-up feels warm, helpful, and less overwhelming.

Video Toolkit 5: Which Path Comes Next?

If you know you need “something” set up but aren’t sure what should come first, this lesson helps you choose your next right path. You’ll look at whether your business needs a lead capture path, a paid offer path, or a booking path, so you can stop trying to build everything at once and focus on the one setup that makes the most sense right now.

This is a PRE-SALE. You're locking in the $37 founding price now, before the toolkit officially launches on August 15. You won't be left waiting empty-handed: the moment you join, you'll get FREE instant access to my Client Follow-Up Fix Kit. This is a follow-up checklist, flow map, and welcome email template you can use right away, while the rest of the toolkit comes together.

With the 'From Scattered to Set Up Video Toolkit', you'll get clearer on exactly which piece of your online setup needs attention first and you'll have a simple path for what to do next.

Why I Built This...

Before The Creative Tech Studio, I built businesses - not funnels, not websites as an end in themselves, but real businesses; the most recent being a service based Doula practice, and then a brick-and-mortar Baby Boutique with customers walking through the door.

The part I loved - helping a new mom find the perfect first outfit, helping someone choose the most precious gift for a person they love - kept getting swallowed up by the part I dreaded.

The website that needed updating. The email list that wasn't set up right. Online pieces that were either missing entirely or quietly broken in the background while I was too busy running the actual business to notice.

I built every one of those systems myself, one business at a time, mostly by trial and error, because nobody handed me the order of operations. I'd build a website before I had any way to actually capture a lead. I'd start an email list with nothing to send. I'd launch something before the page meant to sell it even worked right.

Not because I wasn't capable of it, because no one tells you what to build first, or how any of the pieces are supposed to connect to each other. By the time I got to my last business, I'd finally figured out the sequence that actually works - the order that means you build it once instead of rebuilding it three times.

This toolkit is that sequence, written down. It's the thing I wish someone had handed me back when I was piecing it all together in the dark, after a full day of doing business.

After this toolkit you'll

Know exactly what to build first, and in what order

Have a website or website plan that's doing one clear job, not ten

Capture leads with a resource that actually fits your business

Have your first 3 welcome emails ready to go

Know your next move - instead of guessing at what's missing

The 'From Scattered to Set Up' Success Guarantee

I am 100% committed to helping you finally put the pieces of your online business in the right order. I know that the only way to fail is to not do the work, and I want to make sure this isn't "just another thing" you buy and leave on the shelf.

That's why I'm offering a 30-Day Conditional Guarantee.

Go through the 5 short videos and complete the scorecard for each section. If, after doing both of those steps, you still don't feel like you have a clear roadmap for your business, simply email me your completed scorecard within 30 days of purchase (or from launch on August 15 if you purchased during the pre-sale), along with one sentence on what's still unclear for you, and I'll refund 100% of your investment.

I'm taking all the risk here because I've seen how powerful this process is when you actually use it. If you do the work and it doesn't help you get set up, you shouldn't have to pay.
